Turning Domain Into Dollars - Many of us already knows and realize that Domain Names are commodities that can be bought and sold. Most of us probably own a number of domain names, but perhaps you feel that somehow you are not making the best of them.

Are you profiting from your domain names? Have you had any success in trying to resell the names? Many domain owners were just about to give up. It's like "Nothing seems to be working" to them.

Is the Domain Resale business coming to an end? or has the market suffocating in its critical ICU stage? My personally opinion, I don't think so and I certainly disagree with the statement. Domain Resale market is in fact live and kicking, it is healthy,normal and sane.

There are thousands who register domain names simply wanting to get it resell fast to make a killing over the internet. We all know the astonishing news about many domains names that are sold for million of dollars, eg: Business.com was sold by an entrepreneur for a staggering sums of $7,500,000.00 a fews years ago, which he originally bought it for $150K.

Usually, The real problem with newbie Domain Owners are that, armed with very little knowledge and a good measures of day dreaming and wanabe rich mindset will purchased every domain names that they can conceived anticipating a big pay day around the corner. And why not? Its like buying a piece of property or a real estate, except this was in cyberspace.

There are over millions of domain names being registered to date, and thousands everyday. I was once like them and believe me it was a real mistake that I made. I use to registered every names that I can think of. Imagine, with Godaddy, I only need to pay $0.89 cents for dot .Info registration and just two over dollars for dot. Us domain names, during their promotion, while the other domain Registrar price are much higher.

Another account I set up is with Okdaddy. This is a Reseller Account with Wild West Inc. Why, I set up this account? simply because I can buy domain usually dot .com at a wholesales price. I dont have to search for Godaddy discount code to register domain name. With having a Reseller account at Okdaddy, I will enjoy domain name registration and other hosting stuff at wholesale price.

I'm about to share with you the techniques and tips on how to get your domain names up for sales the effective and Fast Way ! There are no magic tricks in it, but simply applying common sense to it.

Ok Let do it step by Step :

1. RULE No. 1 - ALWAYS STATE THAT YOUR DOMAIN ARE FOR SALE

Like advertising a real estate land, you must constantly put up a FOR SALE sign to let people know that the property is for sale, exactly in your domain name case, you must always state that the domain name is for sale in your WHOIS info. You can do this by logging to your Registrar account, and insert after your admin contact name the information 'This Domain is FOR SALE' and please include your full infomation, including your email and phones number, so that potential Buyer can get in touch with you easily.

2. RULE No. 2 - CREATE A LANDING PAGE STATING THE DOMAIN IS FOR SALE OR GET IT PARK SOMEWHERE.

Don't worry if you are not internet savvy and do not know how to create a landing page for your domain names. A very easy way for non internet savvy is to use Google Websites. Google Website is FREE and most easy application,If you know how to click a mouse you will definitely know how to use it. With Google FREE Sites application, you can start designing your own page stating that your domain is for sale. Remember to display for email address and contact information. If someone was indeed interested in your domain name, they would visit your page and be able to get in touch with you. Beside a pages with something 'welcoming' gives better impression then the one that just blurts out '404 Error - This page is unavailable'.
